In this 2 hour workshop Certified fitness, Pilates instructor and Physiotherapy Assistant Christine McKenzie will guide you in and out of many exercises that help with proper alignment and form. With modifcations tips and tricks Christine will help your body benefit from each exercise to make the most of your fitness goals while having fun and being safe.
